What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, and optimize electro-mechanical production and plant systems
• implement preventive maintenance strategies and train teammates
• identify failed components and manage accurate parts requisitions and spare tracking
• maintain maintenance records and safe, clean operations
• conduct storyboard walks and action plans for repeat failures
• lead line upgrades, design of experiments, and reliability projects
• provide 24/7 on-call phone support.
