Senior Group Swim Coach

The Senior Group Swim Coach role is onsite in Woodinville, WA. Compensation is $20–$28 per hour. The position is with Gold’s Aquatics Club, part of Gold’s Gym Washington. The coach develops and delivers progressive swim training, evaluates swimmer progress, and provides instruction and feedback. The role also coordinates meet participation and communicates with swimmers, parents, assistant coaches, and club management.

What you'll do

• Develop and oversee a progressive swim program
• design training plans to improve technique, endurance, and performance
• conduct practices and provide on-deck coaching
• evaluate progress and give individualized feedback
• coordinate swim meet participation and travel arrangements
• communicate with swimmers, parents, and management
• follow club policies and safety guidelines.
