What you'll do

• Develop a referral network through prospecting, networking, cold-calling, and community outreach
• spend more than 50% of working time away from First Western offices soliciting mortgage business
• meet applicants and assess suitable loan programs
• analyze income, financial information, and credit history
• submit complete applications and supporting documents to operations within 72 hours
• oversee transactions through processing and closing
• respond to inquiries and referrals within 24 hours
• complete loan disclosures accurately and on time
• meet assigned sales and volume goals
• attend sales meetings and required training.
