Information Technology Manager

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate IT staff
• manage ticketing workflows and regional coverage
• coordinate ISP, telecom, and mobile vendors
• provide technical support and travel to sites for cabling and hardware setup
• track assets and inventory
• administer Azure AD, Office 365, Intune, and UniFi
• monitor networks and managed services
• enforce security policies and administer EDR and email security tools
• lead incident response and security training
• maintain network documentation and licensing compliance
• plan IT strategy and manage the annual budget.
