What you'll do

• Lead Wildlife Team work in Africa and define conservation results
• develop long-term plans with WWF teams, country offices, and experts
• oversee the Southern Africa Priority Place Program and coordinate cross-organizational teams
• lead fundraising and meet annual program goals
• engage policymakers and institutions
• build and manage a diverse team, set goals, coach staff, and communicate progress
• represent WWF at external events and advise senior leadership
• travel up to 30% of the time.
