What you'll do

• Coordinate industry-sponsored clinical trials under site leadership
• schedule patient visits and study activities
• support recruitment, retention, chart review, outreach, and informed consent coordination
• conduct protocol-required visits and assessments
• perform permitted procedures such as vital signs, ECGs, and specimen collection
• process and ship specimens
• maintain source records, consent forms, CTMS updates, and case report forms
• enter data and resolve queries
• communicate with participants, sponsors, CROs, investigators, and site teams
• support monitoring visits
• maintain study supplies and investigational products
• follow GCP, HIPAA, protocols, and site procedures.
