The Client Care Supervisor – Lighthouse is an onsite, full-time position in Jamaica, NY, with an annual salary of $95,000–$105,000. What you'll do

• Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate, and schedule Client Care Coordinators
• guide program goals and assign cases
• ensure timely biopsychosocial assessments and documentation
• oversee counseling, outreach, crisis intervention, risk assessment, safety planning, and referrals
• monitor high-risk cases and staff compliance
• coordinate with government agencies and community organizations
• support housing applications and permanent housing placement
• provide on-call crisis intervention support to coordinators
• work one late shift weekly from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
