What you'll do

• Prepare surfaces, mix and apply paints, varnishes, and finishes
• perform minor patching and repairs
• complete routine maintenance and light housekeeping
• perform minor plumbing, electrical, appliance, painting, refurbishing, and carpentry tasks
• maintain flooring and hard surfaces and prepare apartments for new residents
• conduct preventive maintenance
• monitor for hazards
• maintain tools and work areas
• assist with seasonal projects and snow removal
• respond to after-hours emergencies and participate in the on-call rotation as required.
