What you'll do

• Lead projects from preconstruction through completion
• partner with the Director of Preconstruction
• serve as a client contact
• manage budgets, schedules, contracts, project execution, subcontractor procurement, bids, scopes, change orders, cost projections, documentation, and project meetings
• support quality and safety initiatives and process improvements
• mentor junior team members as needed.
