What you'll do

• Provide full-lifecycle staffing and recruitment support
• conduct job analyses
• draft and post vacancy announcements in USA Staffing and USAJOBS
• review applications and determine qualifications
• apply veterans’ preference, category rating, and applicable special hiring authorities
• issue certificates of eligibles and audit referral lists
• advise hiring managers on staffing options and recruitment strategies
• track staffing actions
• ensure compliance with merit system principles, 5 CFR, and applicable policies.
