Customer Service Representative — Service & Warranty

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative — Service & Warranty role is onsite in Depew, NY, and pays $22–$25 per hour. The representative coordinates customer requests and technician schedules, documents concerns, and follows requests through completion. This work helps customers stay informed and supports a consistent service experience after installation.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• answer service and warranty questions and identify customer needs
• learn products, warranties, policies, and service procedures
• schedule and coordinate technician appointments
• document customer concerns and update CRM records
• facilitate solutions and follow up
• track open service requests through completion
• coordinate with office, installation, and service teams.
