What you'll do

• Lead inbound and outbound life sciences warehouse operations
• manage operational metrics, budgets, and performance
• support process improvement and LEAN initiatives
• ensure cGMP, GDP, DSCSA, quality, and documentation compliance
• maintain audit readiness
• support investigations, deviations, and CAPAs
• enforce safety and regulatory requirements
• serve as primary client contact
• manage customer communication and reporting
• coach warehouse supervisors and staff
• ensure staffing and team development.
