The role helps keep physical inventory aligned with system records through cycle counts and audits, while supporting receipts, transfers, stockroom organization, and fleet vehicle preparation. Accurate inventory information and coordination with purchasing and inventory control support the company’s materials operations.

What you'll do

• Monitor in-stock inventory and perform cycle counts, spot audits, and periodic physical inventory audits
• report inventory accuracy and discrepancies
• maintain records of goods received and transfers
• support stockroom housekeeping and material receipts, transfers, and issues
• organize, clean, stock, and prepare unassigned fleet vehicles
• use ServiceTitan inventory data
• and operate a forklift when necessary.
