What you'll do

• Interview incoming patients or representatives and enter admission information into the computer database
• ensure patients understand hospital policies and procedures
• distribute appropriate information to Therapy
• provide customer service using AIDET principles
• support efficient and orderly admission of inpatients and therapy patients.
