What you'll do

• Oversee Caterpillar Center operations and psychology services
• participate in admissions and assessments
• lead treatment-plan development
• implement and adjust behavioral and learning interventions
• provide in-class and direct student support, including crisis response
• collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and outside professionals
• maintain documentation and authorization tracking
• supervise, train, and schedule RBTs and student analysts.
