Finance Manager

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for financial matters related to government contracts and administration
• oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• ensure compliance with FAR and DCAA requirements
• prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and work papers
• analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts
• manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, expense reports, and bank and credit card reconciliations
• review timesheets and PTO
• prepare tax filings
• maintain asset and depreciation records
• monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cash flows
• collaborate on project budgets and cost estimates
• conduct financial analysis
• maintain accounting systems
• perform financial record audits
• and support external audits and tax preparation.
