What you'll do

• Develop and support project procurement and contracting strategies
• manage commercial aspects of capital expenditure projects, including contracts, cost control, claims, and change management
• review contract terms and identify risks
• lead negotiations, amendments, extensions, and change requests
• manage contractor claims, disputes, variations, and settlements
• protect company contractual rights and monitor supplier obligations
• prepare claim documentation, responses, and negotiation strategies
• manage supplier performance, compliance, and relationships
• support supplier scorecards, commercial audits, and performance reviews
• collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, and Finance
• support arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution activities when required.

Why this role

Requires 10 years of contracts, commercial, or claims management experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience with EPC/EPCMV contractors and regulated industries is preferred; a master’s degree is preferred.
