Position Title: Production Planner & Scheduler. Director of Operations. Pay Range: $85,750-$110,000. The Production Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining the production plan for dairy processing and packaging operations to ensure efficient utilization of raw milk, ingredients, labor, and processing capacity while meeting customer demand and regulatory requirements.
