Maintenance Worker — Industrial Laundry Equipment

Job overview

The Maintenance Worker role is onsite in Sarasota, FL. Pay is $20 per hour. Alsco Uniforms provides uniform and linen rental services and supports customers’ operations. The role performs preventive maintenance on industrial textile-processing equipment and helps maintain the facility. By assisting with troubleshooting and resolving equipment problems, the worker helps minimize downtime and supports safe, efficient plant operations.

What you'll do

• Perform basic maintenance, including monitoring oil levels and maintaining grease fittings, lint traps, and shaker screen barrels
• conduct limited electrical troubleshooting
• assist with problem resolution to minimize equipment downtime
• look for opportunities to improve maintenance processes
• follow safety rules and instructions
• work cooperatively with plant personnel. May support other branch personnel and drive to pick up parts or transport equipment and parts.
