The Work Instructor / Driver role is onsite in Cabot, AR, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pay is $14 per hour. AEDD supports adults with developmental disabilities through vocational training and transportation services.
What you'll do
- Supervise participants in a work setting and implement safety measures
- provide individual and group vocational instruction
- help participants meet production deadlines and quality standards
- document progress and adjust programs
- maintain transportation logs
- safely transport individuals in a van or bus
- keep vehicles clean, fueled, and maintained.

Why this role
Requires a high school diploma, valid Arkansas driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certification. One year of human-services or developmental-disability experience is preferred; experience driving a 15-passenger vehicle is a plus. Background check and drug screening are required.
