Maintenance Manager

The role coordinates technicians, parts, planning, and capital work to reduce downtime and maintain safe, effective operations.

What you'll do

• Direct maintenance technicians, parts, and maintenance planning
• manage department budget and critical-spares procurement
• lead root-cause analysis of mechanical and electrical failures
• manage capital improvement projects
• coordinate work across shifts
• source and manage spare parts, tools, and services
• supervise troubleshooting and repair of PLC, electrical, and mechanical issues
• plan preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance
• train maintenance personnel
• align schedules and parts management with OEM recommendations
• lead the annual six-week equipment rebuild
• manage inventory, vendors, MRP, and ERP workload assignments
• negotiate vendor contracts.
