The Residential Coordinator — Restoration Program, Day Shift role is onsite in Houston, TX. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. The role supports Elijah Rising’s Restoration program, which provides residential care and support for survivors of sex trafficking. The coordinator helps maintain a safe, therapeutic home environment and organizes program activities to meet residents’ needs. Through resident care, household coordination, documentation, and transportation, the role contributes to individualized support and the program’s daily operations.

What you'll do

• Maintain safety and order for residents, volunteers, staff, and visitors
• oversee household cleaning, chores, meal planning, shopping, and preparation
• track supplies and stipends
• mediate resident conflicts
• implement schedules and transportation based on individual service plans
• orient new residents
• review program expectations
• conduct drug testing and room searches as needed
• oversee medication disbursement and logs
• organize outings and group activities as needed
• transport residents to appointments and document visit summaries
• enter daily notes and reports
• supervise and provide hospitality to volunteers when present.

Why this role

Schedule is weekday shifts from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., three to four shifts per week, plus two weekend day shifts (Saturday or Sunday) per month. CPR/AED certification, a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and ability to drive a 15-passenger van are required. Bachelor’s degree and trauma-care experience are preferred.
