What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate project activities
• schedule subcontractors, suppliers, municipal personnel, utilities, and office staff
• monitor quality, codes, safety, schedules, and budgets
• supervise subcontractors and laborers
• maintain construction documents and project records
• review completed work and approve eligible payments
• manage change orders, scopes, repairs, and punch lists
• communicate with customers and stakeholders
• update Buildertrend
• participate in work-in-progress reviews
• work Saturdays and evenings when required.
