What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and encourage self-care
• support individual and group activities
• assist with meals, housekeeping, and laundry as needed or assigned
• answer call lights, doors, and resident alarms
• document care and shift reports
• observe and report changes in residents’ physical or mental status
• respond to emergencies
• follow infection-control and emergency procedures
• maintain confidentiality and a safe, clean environment.
