What you'll do

• Provide individualized music sessions and performances based on patient preferences
• adapt musical selections based on patient feedback and observed outcomes
• collaborate with RN Case Managers, social workers, chaplains, and other care team members
• contribute to annual memorial services and group music opportunities
• work with facility partners to schedule sing-alongs and group events
• assist with integrating music into hospice and wellness initiatives.
