Retail Service Associate and Cashier

Job overview

The Retail Service Associate and Cashier role is onsite in Orange, CA. Compensation is $16.90–$17.90 per hour. The role supports Polly’s guests and fellow team members in a courteous, professional manner. The position welcomes and seats guests, answers phones, processes takeout orders and payments, and helps maintain the restaurant and marketplace. It also supports food preparation and baking tasks while following brand, cash-handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Greet and seat guests
• answer phones
• process takeout orders and transactions
• pack food, roll silverware, make coffee, fill beverage cups, and clear dishes
• maintain lobby, checkout, marketplace, and bathroom areas
• stock shelves and pie cases
• explain menu items and promotions
• follow PCI and cash-handling procedures
• assist with baking preparation and other assigned duties.
