What you'll do

• Develop and monitor caregiver schedules
• adjust staffing to meet patient care needs
• verify hours and time reports
• support recruitment, hiring, training, and retention
• communicate schedule changes to clients and caregivers
• monitor care plans
• assist with phones, office organization, interviews, and orientation
• handle weekend scheduling issues, call-outs, cancellations, client questions, emergencies, prospects, and in-home staff training.
