Surgical and Medical Registered Nurse Supervisor

Compensation is $105,000–$125,000 per year. The Surgical and Medical Registered Nurse Supervisor role is onsite in Tucson, AZ, and The role supports Lifekind Health’s perioperative and post-anesthesia care, within a care model that combines medical, behavioral, and lifestyle support. The role coordinates nursing care across pre-operative, operating-room, and post-anesthesia settings to support patient safety, recovery, and continuity of care. It also contributes to clinical operations through documentation, equipment readiness, quality improvement, and risk management.

What you'll do

• Perform patient intake and nursing assessments
• verify surgical consents and pre-procedure documentation
• initiate IV access and administer ordered medications and fluids
• provide patient education
• serve as circulating nurse and support sterile-field and safety protocols
• assess and monitor patients in PACU
• manage medications, IV therapy, oxygen, pain, and discharge education
• maintain supplies and equipment checks
• support documentation, quality improvement, and risk management.

Why this role
