What you'll do

• Lead commercial leasing and brokerage transactions, including negotiations and renewals
• coordinate project plans, assignments, resources, and timelines
• manage budgets, forecasts, funding requests, invoices, and project records
• communicate status and feedback with stakeholders
• prepare executive reports and presentations
• monitor vendor and internal deliverables for quality and timeliness.
