What you'll do

• Manage and service an assigned book of commercial insurance accounts from onboarding through renewal
• serve as the primary client contact
• manage renewals and identify coverage needs
• review policies for gaps and exposures
• process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements
• prepare and submit applications
• market and remarket accounts
• communicate with underwriters and carriers
• present proposals and coverage comparisons
• educate clients on coverage
• identify cross-sell opportunities
• maintain detailed documentation
• monitor time-sensitive requirements
• and collaborate with producers and agency leadership.
