Business Development & Marketing Coordinator, Aquatics

The Business Development & Marketing Coordinator, Aquatics is an onsite role in Suffern, NY, with compensation of $37.50–$40.87 per hour. The position supports Weston & Sampson’s Aquatics Practice and works with practice leaders, project managers, technical staff, and corporate marketing. Weston & Sampson provides design, engineering, and environmental services focused on communities and the natural and built environments. The coordinator keeps business development efforts organized and moving by tracking opportunities, coordinating proposal development, maintaining marketing materials and CRM records, and supporting client-development activities. The work helps the practice prepare timely, accurate pursuits and strengthen client relationships.

What you'll do

• Maintain the Aquatics Practice opportunity pipeline, target-client lists, and tracking tools
• track projects, procurement opportunities, deadlines, awards, and win/loss information
• research clients and markets
• coordinate pursuit meetings and follow-up
• prepare and finalize proposals and qualifications packages
• support contract files, marketing collateral, website and social content, events, CRM records, client meetings, and budget tracking.
