The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite at Camden Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Camden, TN. What you'll do

• Plan and coordinate resident nursing care
• lead care-plan conferences
• assess and document resident conditions and needs
• implement physician orders
• assign and supervise nursing team members
• administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments
• participate in staff orientation and training
• assist physicians with tests and procedures within scope
• maintain supplies and equipment
• report observations
• coordinate care with other departments
• support nursing unit scheduling and direction.
