What you'll do

• Execute the DTC strategy and oversee revenue, marketing spend, and contribution margin targets
• escalate material strategy, budget, pricing, or promotional changes for approval
• launch and scale the e-commerce website
• manage the site marketing and promotional calendar
• lead paid customer acquisition and performance marketing
• improve conversion through site experience, merchandising, product pages, and testing
• build email, SMS, and loyalty programs
• execute pricing and assortment plans within company guidelines
• establish KPI reporting
• partner on demand planning, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and inventory
• collaborate on DTC-exclusive assortments and content
• develop the DTC team and manage agency and vendor relationships.
