• support supplier growth plans
• contribute to revenue and profit metrics
• help attain customer in-stock goals and inventory efficiency
• coordinate sales and support teams
• review customer inventory, delivery, lead time, and pricing requirements
• assign resources and track schedules
• manage order entry, changes, shipment tracking, and invoicing
• maintain business information in databases.
