• assess background documents for eligibility and compliance
• coordinate verification of potential disciplinary actions or record discrepancies
• track reinstatement steps and examination progress
• process continuing education extension and retirement exemption requests
• use licensing databases and background search tools
• troubleshoot licensing platforms with vendors
• maintain public-facing renewal web pages
• respond to stakeholder inquiries and provide administrative backup as needed.
