Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in Evans Mills, NY, with compensation of $22–$25 per hour. The position oversees maintenance across properties under the direction of the Vice President of Market Rate Housing. The supervisor coordinates maintenance work and personnel to keep properties and systems in good condition, ensure vacant homes are ready for move-in, and maintain quality and customer satisfaction. The role also tracks purchases and inventory and coordinates repairs and projects across five locations.

What you'll do

• Oversee property maintenance
• supervise, assign, train, and inspect maintenance employees’ work
• assign work orders and make-ready work
• inspect vacant homes for rent-ready condition
• order materials and maintain inventory
• track and code maintenance purchases within budget
• maintain routine records
• coordinate installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, heating, and ventilation systems at five locations
• coordinate special projects and inspect major contract work.
