The role exists to provide expert repair, installation, and maintenance services for commercial overhead doors, gates, and high-speed door systems. Technicians serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality service and accurate billing while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

What you'll do

• Service, repair, and install commercial overhead doors
• Serve as the face to the customer, ensuring a positive interaction
• Assist the quoting process by collecting accurate information regarding door and repair issues
• Ensure a safe work environment
• Assist other team technicians as needed
• Completion of customer job tickets for accurate billing on an app on work iPad.
