What you'll do

• Greet clients and patients
• manage check-in and check-out
• communicate by phone, email, and mail
• schedule and confirm appointments and triage requests
• explain hospital services
• maintain patient records and charges
• process payments, refunds, and deposits
• fill veterinary prescriptions and provide instructions
• support product sales and inventory
• assist the veterinary team
• maintain a clean and safe hospital
• participate in opening, closing, and weekend duties as assigned.
