Leasing Supervisor

The Leasing Supervisor position is onsite in Sonoma, CA, with compensation of $30–$32 per hour. The role supports leasing operations and affordable housing property lease-up activities for Ascend. The supervisor guides leasing staff and manages applicant and tenant processes to keep files accurate, meet compliance requirements, and advance property lease-up goals. The role also assists prospective residents through applications, tours, screening, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Manage daily leasing operations and file processing
• train and onboard leasing staff
• coordinate compliance reviews
• assign and monitor team tasks
• maintain applicant communications and file tracking
• report lease-up progress
• support fair housing and property compliance
• conduct unit tours
• enter pre-applications into waitlist software
• initiate background screening and store resident documentation.
