What you'll do

• Set up and break down banquet and meeting rooms, including tables, chairs, linens, silverware, china, stages, props, and dance floors
• review banquet event orders
• set up audiovisual equipment
• adjust room lighting, sound, and temperature
• assist with inventories
• support food presentation and service
• greet and assist guests
• clean and maintain equipment and work areas
• follow sanitation and safety procedures.
