What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors
• follow site security procedures and emergency response activities
• respond calmly to incidents and concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the retail store, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor entrances, exits, and customer areas
• report observations to site leadership
• document incidents and patrol activities accurately and promptly.
