What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• monitor and document client health status and report changes
• prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
