Compliance and TPA Manager

What you'll do

• Manage TPA relationships and program performance
• ensure compliance with contracts, service-level agreements, documentation, and company standards
• monitor scorecards and customer experience measures
• conduct audits and track corrective actions
• manage escalations
• lead onboarding for new partnerships
• develop and deliver training
• collaborate across operational teams
• recommend improvements to workflows, documentation, cycle times, customer communication, profitability, and efficiency.
