What you'll do

• Lead sales force operations analysis, including sizing, alignment, targeting, and call planning
• partner with Field Leadership and HR to design and manage incentive compensation plans
• coordinate accurate reporting and payouts with Finance
• provide analytical support to sales leaders
• collaborate with Marketing and Commercial Analytics to evaluate promotional effectiveness and resource allocation
• monitor performance against plan and recommend operational or compensation adjustments
• and manage analytical projects and data analytics vendors.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree and relevant biopharma or healthcare consulting experience, including at least four years focused on incentive compensation and four years in sales planning and analytics. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
