Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Reconcile fixed asset and balance sheet accounts
• process Smart data and client receipt uploads
• obtain payment approvals
• process invoices and weekly payment runs
• manage recurring and utility payments
• respond to client and vendor calls and emails
• assist with audit preparation and tax returns.
