What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle accounting for residential communities
• prepare monthly financial statements, variance reports, and owner packages
• process accounts payable and receivable
• reconcile bank accounts and manage property cash flow
• support budgets and budget-to-actual tracking
• coordinate with property managers on collections and resident ledger questions
• onboard new properties
• maintain audit-ready ledgers and documentation
• assist with financial analysis and reporting.
