Outbound Distribution Coordinator

What you'll do

• Operate an electric pallet jack
• compile operational reports
• coordinate with sales on order processing
• assist with logistics planning
• locate products using computer systems
• stage materials for shipment
• process freight documents and shipments using shipping software
• validate export documentation
• communicate with customers, freight forwarders, and carriers
• track shipments
• prepare, pack, and weigh orders
• match invoices to shipping labels
• assist other warehouse departments as needed.
