What you'll do

• Conduct position classification research, desk audits, position description reviews, and evaluation statements
• apply established standards to recommend title, series, and grade
• conduct position management studies
• provide technical guidance on classification accuracy and consistency
• advise on grade distinctions and position structure
• research federal laws, regulations, OPM appeals, and DOE guidance
• prepare status reports as requested
• maintain records in accordance with information security and records-management requirements.
