Federal Custodian (Part-Time)

The Federal Custodian role is onsite in Juneau, AK, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The current site rate is $23.84 per hour, comprising $18.75 base pay and $5.09 health and welfare pay. REACH Custodial Services participates in the AbilityOne Program, which provides employment opportunities for people with disabilities. The custodian maintains clean, safe, and professional facilities through floor and carpet care, restroom sanitation, waste removal, and building security tasks. Consistent cleaning, responsible supply use, and adherence to procedures support the facility and its occupants.

What you'll do

• Sweep, dust mop, vacuum, mop, auto-scrub, buff, scrub, and wax floors
• clean carpets as needed
• sanitize restrooms and restock supplies
• empty trash and recycling
• secure assigned areas
• inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
• use supplies responsibly and follow safety, custodial, confidentiality, and contract procedures.
