Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is an onsite role based in Eloy, AZ. Compensation is $75,350 - $114,450 per year, supporting the manufacturing operations department at Kohler Co. to ensure production excellence. This role exists to lead skilled trades technicians, including mechanics, electricians, and automation technicians, in the predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance of production equipment and facilities infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of skilled trades.
• Assign work orders – predictive, preventive, and reactive.
• Respond with priority to requested support.
• Maintain control of backlogs through the effective use of planning and scheduling functions.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop skilled trades in the performance of their duties and to their full potential.
• Analyze critical and recurring repair problems, initiate required action, and provide technical assistance and follow-up.
• Coordinate the ordering and stocking of critical repair parts.
• Enforce required safety protocols.
• Maintain an organized shop environment.
• Support and adhere to assigned budget.
